The printer connected to my computer won’t print.

  • Try restarting your computer
  • Check the cables connecting the printer to the computer to verify they are plugged in securely.
  • Check to see that the printer is online and has paper.

The printer I print to in another office or another room won’t print.

  • If a print box is present (this will be a small box sitting beside the printer or directly connected to the back of the printer) unplug the power to the print box, plug it back in and try printing again.
  • If a computer is connected to the printer you are printing to, restart that computer.
