IT Support Options for Fall 2020

As was the case in the spring, please continue to send your support requests by emailing or calling 870-245-5567.  While the front-facing option hasn’t changed, what happens in the background has changed.  We are now using a ticketing system to track support requests which allow us to see a log of all communications.  This should make handling your support needs more efficient.

Also, for this fall, I am asking you to help me limit the foot traffic in the I.T. Services office as much as possible.  What we have learned since March is that exposures lead to quarantines, which are very disruptive to office operations.  Before you come to the office, we ask that you contact us and make an appointment. Faculty and staff will now enter through the door marked “Employees Only”. The main entrance has been modified and is only for students.  This should allow us to segment traffic more efficiently.
